Climbing Parties
Make your child's next party an event they'll remember!
A climbing party for kids at Climber's Rock is an experience they'll talk about for a long time. We'll make sure your event is organized, safe, and (most importantly) totally SICK!
Cost: $120 per staff instructor. Required minimum: One staff instructor for every 4 children age 13 & under. (1:6 ratio allowed for children older than 13, however they won't get as much climbing as with a 1:4 ratio) You're welcome to hire as many staff as are available.
Includes: 2 hours of climbing for the kids and all harness rentals. Climbing shoes (rental) are available but not required - cost: $5/pair. Parents are welcome to try a climb or two for the cost of a rental harness (only $4 ea.) or climb all they like for $19 ea. (gear included)
Climbing parties are NOT recommended for children under the age of 8. Based on our experience, children under the age of 8 attending parties do not get the same enjoyment from our climbing walls that older kids do! (our walls are a bit too high for them...) We highly recommend Lil' Monkeys just down the street for the little ones. Our gym is great for kids who are a bit too old (or too cool) for the playground!
Advanced Booking Required
Reserve a date/time for your climbing party by calling (905) 633-7625 M-F between the hours of 9am and 4pm (online reservations coming soon).
Our party reservations typically fill up 2 or 3 weeks in advance, so call early. A $150 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit must be received within 24 hours of reservation to hold time slot. Deposit is fully refundable for cancellations up until 7 days before the reserved date. Cancellations occuring within 7 days of reserved date are non-refundable.
Coming Soon: We are finalizing plans for a private climbing party area with room for apres climb celebrations and dining. In the meantime, we'll happily provide you with menu options from nearby family-friendly restaurants and make reservations / place food orders while you are climbing. Contact us for more details.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CLIMBERS UNDER THE AGE OF 18
All climbers UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN (18) must have a PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN sign the liability waiver, no exceptions. Children who show up for a climbing party without a properly signed waiver (by their PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN) will not be allowed to climb. Sorry, no exceptions.
Waivers can be downloaded from our website here. Completed and SIGNED waivers can be faxed to 905-633-7628, scanned and emailed to waiver@climbersrock.com, or brought in to the gym.
