Monthly memberships begin on date of purchase. Regular Climbing memberships do not include rental equipment or instruction.

The price you sign up for will stay the same for as long as you keep the membership active.
Membership includes 2 free day passes each month for guests who have not previously visited Climber’s Rock.

**Membership Cancellation & Refund Requests
REFUND policy in effect beginning Sept. 2024
Prepaid memberships may be cancelled early by contacting membership@climbersrock.com. Cancellations are not available at the front desk or over the phone.
Refunds for prepaid memberships longer than 1 month are determined by subtracting the Cost of Membership Time Used (CMTU) from the price paid for membership.
Cost of Membership Time Used (CMTU) is calculated as follows:
Number of months from start date to cancellation date** rounded up to the nearest full month x $19.00
Plus number of days from start date to date of last visit x $3.00
Plus $30 change request fee
** cancellation date timestamped on email to membership@climbersrock.com
Example: $570 + hst paid for 6 month membership started on Jan. 1st. Last visit to the gym on March 10th. Cancellation request sent/received on April 10th. Cost of Membership Time Used:
4 months (Jan – Apr) x $19.00 = $76.00
69 days (Jan 1 to Mar 10) x $3.00 = $207.00
$76 + $207 + 30 = $313 CMTU
$570 – $313 = $257 + hst REFUND
Unused membership time not transferrable.
