CHECK IN HOURS are available for Board Room members and day pass visitors age 14 and older when Climber’s Rock staff are present:

  • Weekdays 4pm to 10pm

  • Weekends 10am to 4pm**

Once checked in, visitors and members may stay and use the Board Room equipment under the following conditions:

  • Visitors and members age 18 and older may stay “AFTER HOURS” for as long as they are using the equipment, then exit through the main entrance. To remain in the facility after hours, all persons must agree to abide by the After Hours / 24 Hour Access Agreement shown below.

  • Visitors and members age 14 to 17 must exit the facility when Climber’s Rock staff secure the main entrance door at the end of Check In Hours.

**Board Room members age 14 to 17 can check in at Climber’s Rock on weekends after 4pm at no extra charge.

CONDITIONS OF AFTER HOURS / 24 HOUR ACCESS: The following conditions apply to all visitors and members who wish to use the Board Room facility when Climber’s Rock staff are not present. This agreement refers specifically to the use of the Board Room equipment and does not replace any other agreement between you and Climber’s Rock.

ELIGIBILITY: To use the Board Room equipment when Climber’s Rock staff are not present: 1) You must be 18 years of age or older, and 2) You must have a qualified Board Room membership or Check In when Climber’s Rock staff are present.

SINGLE PERSON ENTRY: For security and insurance reasons, only one person at a time may enter through the Board Room main entrance using access credentials. UniFi Identity credentials will be assigned to unique individuals. Each person must use their own UniFi Identity app to gain access to the Board Room when the main entrance is locked. Any person allowing entry to another individual - regardless of relation or knowledge of membership status - will incur a penalty of $50. Also, any person who gains access to the Board Room by using another member’s credentials or following in another member without successfully accessing entry with their own UniFi Identity credentials will also incur a penalty of $50. Penalties are immediately charged to the member and their membership inactivated until the balance for said penalty is resolved.

USE OF FACILITY: After Hours / 24 Hour use of the Board Room by Climber’s Rock is limited to exercise purposes only. No loitering is allowed in any area of the facility. Anyone found using the Board Room facility in a way that does not comply with the terms of this agreement will have their 24 Hour Access revoked without any refund.

CONDUCT: The Board Room by Climber's Rock is committed to the health, safety, and welfare of each of its members and staff. Climber's Rock does not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, rude, indecent, or illegal behaviour. Climber’s Rock has the right to judge behaviour and respond accordingly. This right includes, but is not limited to, termination of membership of any member engaging in unacceptable behaviour.

ACCEPTANCE: Your presence in the Board Room facility at any time Climber’s Rock staff are not present means you accept of the terms of this agreement.
