Try Us Out - 2 Months $99*

To help get you started & discover if Climber's Rock is a good fit, we'll provide everything you need for 2 full months. Our Try Us Out membership gives you the freedom to climb and train as much as you want and use any rental equipment you need.

*Available only to first-time members who have visited Climber's Rock less than 10 times. Membership is active for 2 months from date of first visit.

Rental gear is included with this membership. Access to the Board Room is included with this membership (Age 14+).

Membership Cancellation Policy

Monthly auto-renew (EFT) memberships may be cancelled by contacting membership@climbersrock.com
When cancelled, no further monthly payments will be charged and the membership will expire at the end of the month the cancellation request was received.

Prepaid memberships may be cancelled early by contacting membership@climbersrock.com

All cancellation requests must be in writing (via email) and are not available at the front desk or over the phone. Please send request from email associated with your membership account (if possible) and include your full name plus date of birth or phone number so we can verify your account.

Refunds for prepaid memberships longer than 1 month are determined by subtracting the Cost of Membership Time Used (CMTU) from the price paid for membership.

Cost of Membership Time Used (CMTU) is calculated as follows:

  • A) $19 multiplied by the number of months from start date to cancellation date (timestamped on email to membership@climbersrock.com) rounded up to the nearest full month

  • Plus B) $3 multiplied by the number of days from membership start date to date of last visit

  • Plus C) $30 change request fee

  • $570 +hst PAID for 6 month membership started on Jan. 5th.
    Last visit to the gym on March 10th.
    Cancellation request sent/received on April 17th.

    Cost of Membership Time Used:

    • 4 months (Jan - Apr) x $19 = $76 A)

    • 27 + 28 + 10 = 65 days (Jan 5 to Mar 10) x $3 = $195 B)

    • A) $76 + B) $195 + C) $30 = $301 Cost of Membership Time Used

    • $570 (PAID) – $301 (CMTU) = $269 +hst = $303.97 REFUND

Please Note - Cost of membership cancellation is factored into our regular membership rates. Memberships purchased at a discount to regular prices (eg. Roctober) may have a cost (CMTU) that is higher than what was paid for the membership if cancelled more than 1/2 or 3/4 way through the term of the membership, resulting in a $0 refund.

Unused membership time is not transferrable.
