Extended Hours Access Agreement

The Board Room x Climber’s Rock is available to anyone age 14 and older:

  • weekdays 4pm to 11pm

  • weekends 9am to 5pm

Extended Hours Access is available to Board Room members age 18 and older:

  • 7 days a week

  • 5am to midnight

To request Extended Hours Access to the Board Room x Climber’s Rock via the UniFi Identity app, you must be 18 years of age or older and have a qualified Board Room membership. “Board Room ONLY” or “Climber’s Rock + Board Room” monthly EFT and prepaid memberships meet this qualification. “Climber’s Rock ONLY” memberships, day passes and punch card passes are not eligible.

To finalize approval, members may be required to provide photo ID and pay a one-time UniFi Identity setup fee of $100 (discount available for CR members).

Please Note: The Board Room x Climber’s Rock is under 24 hour video surveillance.

CONDITIONS OF EXTENDED HOURS ACCESS: The following conditions apply to all members who wish to access the Board Room x Climber's Rock during Extended Hours of operation. This agreement refers specifically to the use of the Board Room during Extended Hours, and does not replace any other agreement between you and Climber’s Rock.

ELIGIBILITY: To be approved for Extended Hours Access, you must be 18 years of age or older and have a qualified Board Room membership. If your Board Room Membership is inactive for any reason, your UniFi Identity credentials will also be deactivated. The reasons include, but are not limited to: Frozen status, failed payment, account balance, or membership expiration.

SINGLE PERSON ENTRY: For security and insurance reasons, only one person may enter the Board Room at a time during Extended Hours. Unifi Identity credentials will be assigned to unique individuals. Each person must use their own Unify Identity app to gain access to the Board Room during Extended Hours. Any member allowing entry to another individual - regardless of relation or knowledge of membership status - will incur a penalty of $50. Also, any person who gains access to the Board Room by following in another member without successfully accessing entry with their own Unifi Identity credentials will also incur a penalty of $50. Penalties are immediately charged to the member and their membership inactivated until the balance for said penalty is resolved.

USE OF FACILITY: Extended hours use of the Board Room facility is limited to exercise purposes only. No loitering is allowed in any area of the facility. Anyone found using the Board Room in a way that does not comply with the terms of this agreement will have their Extended Hours Access revoked without any refund.

CONDUCT: The Board Room x Climber's Rock is committed to the health, safety, and welfare of each of its members and staff. Climber's Rock does not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, rude, indecent, or illegal behavior. Climber’s Rock has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. This right includes, but is not limited to, termination of membership of any member engaging in unacceptable behavior.
