Terms & Conditions
To maximize the discount for Roctober members, the following conditions apply:
Roctober memberships do not renew automatically. All Roctober memberships expire the following year unless cancelled early. Membership is not eligible for freeze or extension. Membership is not transferrable.
An individual Roctober membership can be cancelled early by contacting membership@climbersrock.com
Roctober Start memberships pay for the first 8 months only - the last 5 months of the membership are free. Roctober Renew memberships pay for the first 6 months only - the last 6 months of the membership are free.
When cancelled early, membership time used is rounded up to the nearest full month. Full months paid-for & unused are eligible for full value gym credit. Alternatively, a refund is available for unused & paid-for full months less a $30 processing fee. Free additional months will be forfeited.
An individual Roctober “Start” membership cancelled during or after month 8 has no refund. An individual Roctober “Renew” membership cancelled during or after month 6 has no refund.
